The Copenhagen Balboa Scene is organizing the Scandinavian Shuffle!
We aim for:
A weekend of intense social bal dancing (small local scenes meet outside workshop(s))
A friendly environment where you have time and opportunity to get to know each other
An alternative way to improve bal dancing through social dancing and personal feedback through privates
The exchange to shuffle to other cities afterwards
The weekend offers:
three days of social bal dancing
parties with the favorite bands of the Copenhagen Swing Scene
casual settings where you can make friends and hang out
options for private classes
sale of remix vintage shoes
private accommodation

Price of the full weekend pass including (3 parties with live band and brunch)
- 375 DKK /50 Euro (prior to January 9th, 2009)
- 450 DKK/60 Euro (after January 9th, 2009)
If you choose to join additional social events such as the guide tour of Christiania, lunch Saturday and dinner Saturday, you should expect to spend additional 300 DKK / 40 Euro.
If you can't participate in the whole weekend, it is possible to pay for the events at the door.
Prices at the door:
Friday: 120 DKK
Saturday: 150 DKK
Sunday: 200 DKK (incl. brunch) 70 DKK (excl. brunch)
Hepcat is co-sponsoring the Big Band concert Sunday afternoon with Leonardo Pedersens Jazzkapel. That means that all members of Hepcat, that shows a valid membership card at the door will get free entrance to the Sunday concert after the brunch.
